[HCDX]: VT4 on 1071 to be relaunched

This is not official news yet, but comes from a reliable source:

VT4, the Flemish commercial television station (with British licence), will
 soon resume the
test broadcasts on 1071 kHz.  These broadcasts were forced to stop because
the official
French licence had not been received yet.  This necessary licence will be
received within
a few days.  As soon as it gets in, the broadcasts will resume.
In the meantime TDF is modifying the antenna beam and power output so that
the whole of Flanders
can enjoy good reception.  The earlier broadcasts gave excellent reception
at the west coast
in Northern France via the east coast of England up to Denmark and this is
apparently not
what the station wants.
So keep an eye on this frequency!
