Barely audible, just a slight change in background noise indicates
presence of this one, and a weak het when in SSB mode. SINPO=1...1

0935- 9515- BRAZIL- Radio Novas de Paz, Curitiba (tentative), 11/Oct,
0935-0937 UTC Staion ID presumed from the programming format, with 
religious content. Heard bits of hymns and talks in Portuguese.

0940- 6204.18- PERU- R. Cusco, 0940-1008, Occasional Peruvian camp music
with long periods of dead air from tune-in 0940-0952. Then man announcer
came on after about every second with short announcements including time
checks and IDs, mentions of Cusco, a provincia, etc.  Fair but gets QRM
from below after 1000.  Have been listening to this daily and often hear
what sounds like a possible slogan or program name as "Eco del Peru".

0946- 4935- PERU- R. Tropical, 0946, Lively rapid Peruvian Pop like
music with fast-talking man announcer giving time checks, the date.
Some  laughing. Also heard what sounded like a mention of R. Lima.  At
0957, heard an adv block with mentions of Tarapoto and phone number. 
Canned ID by man and woman with singing.  A different man announcer came
on after 1000 with some very long talk segments.  Fair.  (Valko, USA 13

man announcer host, what sounded like a news program alternating man 
and woman at 1031.  One ad/promo block.  Caught at least 3 "Mil Sesenta"
MW and 12 R. Sudamerica IDs during the time period!!  Fair with QRM.

1020- 6797.68- PERU- Radio Ondas del Rio Mayo, Nueva Cajamarca;
1020-1024 fair on 17/OCT/98. Carnavalito with "Comunicados" and
"avisos". The station was also heard on 18/AUG/98. S/on at 1026 without
NA, then into px "El Madrugador". (TIN/ Relampago DX 18 Oct.)

1024- 6690.06- PERU- Radio Estudio DW, Pardo Miguel Naranjos; 1024-1130
on 17/OCT/98. fair. Thanks to tip from Rafael Rodriguez & Henrik Klemetz
in Colombia, I heard this station for the first time here in Tokyo. It
was reported the first morning program was entitled as "Mananitas 
Campesinas" but the announcer said as follows: "Las 6 de la manana con
10 minutos, 6 de la manana con 10 minutos en sus estudios de su Radio
DW. Trransmite Radio Estudio DW ... a la hora de costumbre  con el
programa POR LAS RUTAS CAMPESINAS." and also "Las 6 de la manana con 46
minutos, las 6 de la  manana con 46 minutos ... les esperamos en Buens
Vista ... en su sintonia de su program POR LAS RUTAS CAMPESINAS ...en
Radio Estudio DW." (TIN/ Relampago DX 18 Oct.)

style music with high-pitched woman singer. Some of the huayños are not
in spanish. Presumed R. Huanta 2000. SINPO=25222 (Escoto, Honduras)

1035-  3280-  ECUADOR-  La Voz del Napo  1035-1102, Religious music with
choir, then a man started talking.  Sounded like a sermon.  Another
short  song with choir then back to the man delivering the sermon. 
Increased fading started to occur at 1050 making it harder to copy.
Finally lost signal at 1102. (Yanko, USA)

like program with man announcer and mentions of Serui, and Indonesia
from  1138 / 1153. Soft Indonesian lagu 1153 / 1200, man announcer again
with ID then jumped right into Jakarta news relay already in progress.

another possibility) with man in what sounded like local news, then
nondescript pop instrumental at 2156. Brief announcement at 2159, "SCI"
twice, generic RRI ID by woman, and into network news // 4753.3. Audio

2200- 4965- NAMIBIA-  NBC  (tent) 2200*v  Ever since August, what is
likely Namibia has been fading in daily around 2100 with pop songs and
DJ in English. Goes into news by woman at 2200, then cuts away to a test
tone in mid program and pulls the switch at various times between 2200
and 2205.  Signal is never quite good enough to catch a spoken ID, and
the Namibia outlets on 3290 and 3270 are too poor at this hour to
establish //. NOTE: Bob  Padula suggests that it is R. Christian Voice,
Zambia, which is heard well Down Under at that hour.(Hill, USA)
