the new Radio Municipal from Distrito de Panao, nominal freq. 3173 kHz
and 95.5 MHz. This station is the brainchild of Panao Mayor, Sr.Oriol
Atino Perez. The adress is Jr. Bolognesi No. 175, Distrito de Panao,
provincia de Pachitea, Departamento de Huanuco, Peru. ID:¨Desde la
municipalidad provincial de Pachitea, el distrito de Panao, Departamento

0112, then began to sink beneath the waves and was gone by 0118. Very
weak, though I was able to confirm // with stronger 4790.4. Only a tiny,
slowly drifting het on subsequent evenings. This may be the first time
I've ever heard the "real" (Kashmir-based) AKR from the East Coast.

improve as the season progresses if they do something about the feeble

Transmitting same oriental tune over and over, instruments sounds like a
citar. Slight heterodyne in background. At 2026 UTC ID as "Al arabiyah
min mutaheddah min Dubai", then anthem, frequencies and target areas,
and Koran chanting. Clue to ID was phrase "mutaheddah min Dubai".
