Nick, 
	Have you tried the FEBC studioes in Seoul? During my visit to 
the Cheju transmitter site, they said that all verifications and 
technical matters are handled out of Seoul.  At Cheju, they only 
produce a limited number of programs and maintain a skeleton 
engineering crew.
