November 24, 1335 EST / 1835z - Yep, they just keep coming. 20/S9 open
carrier noted here at 1335 and left the air at 1340. This is likely the
new X-bander in Portsmouth, VA testing. On this past Monday evening
Chuck Rippel down in the Tidewater area also noted what was probably
this with a monster signal and some music. 1342 and the carrier just
came back on here. And 1680 is also still on. Have fun!
