[HCDX]: Pac logs

Hello everybody,

I think I'm obsessed sometimes. I start looking for stations on QRG's on
which they never broadcasted. Of course it's useless to look for SIBC on
3945 kHz. Q: Is Vanuatu simulcasting on both frequencies? Other Q: Where the
devil is Honiara?

Pls disregard my first mail and keep looking for SIBC. :-)
