[HCDX]: KRAK vs KOME

According to Robert Wiem who heard another ID from 1470 Sacramento. This
time they "did" ID as KOME & KRAK FM. So they still stand as KOME.
Thanks to Albert Lehr for bringing this to our attention.
Still KOME!
