[HCDX]: Antenna Phasing Unit Plans on the Web

Plans for an antenna phasing unit, the DXP-1,
may be downloaded from Werner Funkenhauser's
Web site. Point your browser to
"http://home.inforamp.net/~funk/page6.html";
and scroll a bit less than halfway down
the page to the "Speciality antennas"
header.

Text of the introduction may be obtained
or a ZIP file of the complete documentation
may be downloaded to a disk directory of your
choosing.

When you use an industry-standard decompression
utility such as WinZip or PKZIP, you will find
that the DXP1.ZIP archive contains several
text files, BMP drawings, and an Excel
worksheet: these documents should provide
the avid electronics do-it-yourselfer all
the details needed to build one of these
units.

DXers of the 100-2000 kHz frequency range
will find, as the article states, that the
DXP-1 DXpedition Phasing Unit "picks up where
the MFJ-1026 left off".

73 & good DX to all ... Mark
