[HCDX]: Radio B92 on shortwave

Radio B-92 from Belgrade was heard on 11415 kHz USB shortwave a week and a
half ago. But does anyone have reliable information of the TX location?
Was it indeed over a hobby pirate, as suggested somewhere? If so, what
pirate? Any confirmation of this?

I recently received a vague confirmation from the station by email from
studio@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, but they didn't explain the shortwave
transmissions.
