Re: [HCDX]: Bhutan Broadcasting Service QSL



Michael-

I should have mentioned that my QSL was from 1994, so I'm not sure if
Thinley Dorji is still at the UN Mission, but she appeared to have some idea
about reception reports and QSLs, so I'm sure I wasn't the first one to get
a verification by this means.
