[HCDX]: CBL 740 is off the air

After about 57 years on the same frequency and about 75 years from 
the same site (if my source is correct) CBL 740 Toronto signed off 
for good at 0000 20 June 1999.  

In its place here is WMBL Morehead City NC.  They are so strong here, 
that I wonder if they are not running more than their assigned 14 
watts.
