PERU 6955.45 Radiodifusora Paraton de Huarmaca heard at 0010-0240 UT with 
program in Spanish, local songs, comunicados, every now and then a clear 
station identification; weak signal on a mostly clear frequency (some SSB 
QRM); seemingly very good LA conDX this past night (Kuhl, Germany, 23jun99)
