I also heard a LA-station on 4926.6v last weekend at around 23.00 UTC.
Unfortunately the signal was too weak for clear ID. I presume that I catched
Radio San Miguel indeed, however I'm not quite sure.

Yes indeed! This year it's more difficult to tune in to stations from
Bolivia here in Europe compared to the situation some years ago. At present
the most regular one at my QTH is Radio Eco, San Borja, on 4702.2.
