Here are some MW-logs made during the solar eclipse on AUG 11 between 
1000 and 1100 hours Z (local time is UTC +2).
Location here about 40 km west of Stuttgart in South West Germany, within 
the center of the shadow at 1032 for a bit more than 2 minutes.

UK:

1413   Premier Radio at 1025 with O=3 mixing with other UK
1458   Sunrise Radio booming in between 1020 and 1030 with O=5
1476   County Radio (tent) at 1020 O=4
1548   Capital Gold between 1020 and 1030 O=5 like a local station
1575,4 R.Northsea Int at 1025 with O=1, much weaker than in the evenings
       
       Nothing heard from UK after 1040 hours


Italy:

1296   RAI at 1030 O=4
1368   RAI at 1040 O=5
1431   RAI at 1040 O=3
1602   RAI Sender Bozen in German heard between 1015 and 1115 with maximum
       at 1020-1045 O=4
       
Norway:

1314   NRK hrd at 1025 with O=3 over RAI, at 1240 only RAI on a clear channel 


Most eastern stations heard were RFE Slovakia on 1287 at 1030 with O=5, 
Hungary (tent) on 1350 between 1040 and 1100 h with O=3 and Bulgaria (tent)
on 1224 at 1050 hours with O=2.

Semi-local AFN Kaiserslautern on 1107 heard at 1050 with strong echo 
(Grafenwoehr/Bavaria feeded by sat-link?)

Nearly every channel was occupied on the MW-band at around 1030, but
propagation
seemed to be more enhanced in the upper part above 1200 kHz than below.

A remarkable day, it was much more interesting to listen on MW than to watch 
the eclipse on a totally overcast sky.
