[HCDX]: Definitely Cabinda on 1278...

Heard two ID's for "Radio Cabinda" last night (13/09) on 1278 kHz. After a
few nights of doubt and no ID's I finally nabbed it! Signal was fairly good
in CT.

My forthcoming Bandscan will reflect this update (Bengt Ericson, you can
update yours which was sent just before I heard the ID - murphy's law
strikes again!!!)
