[HCDX]: unid on 1450, VSB1??

Hola,

I have heard recently a station on 1450 with non-stop
country music and ID's every two or three song. These
ID's sound to me like "HBR" but I'm not sure...I think
VSB1 broadcast a country music format from a sattellite
service. Could it be what I heard?.
