[HCDX]: 1377 kHz - Radio Free Africa

Hi,

last night (OCT 14, 2328 UTC - OCT 15, 0010+ UTC) I heard a weak signal on
1377 kHz, already reported here as Radio Free Africa from Tanzania.
At 0000 there was a time signal   . . . . . -----  (one long dash) and a man
in Swahili (?) with "Radio Tanzania, Dar es Salaam". In the first news item
Dar es Salaam and Tanzania were mentioned again.
At 0008 into african mx. QRM by Asian Sound Radio.

Maybe somebody appreciates this additional report to the line of recent
messages on this "mystery".
