9685, Radio Iraq International; Salah-el-Deen, Oct. 26, 2042-2049, Female
talk in English, music bridge, ID, S/off announcement. At 2048 German ID and
opening announcement. //11787 kHz. The English broadcast had terrible
modulation, the German program sounded slightly better. Strong on both
frequencies, 9685 had interference from China. (Veldhuis)
