Today from tune-in at 0550 UTC it came in quite nicely on 9814.65 USB & 
Carrier. I suspect it is the domestic Arabic Service of KOL Israel. They 
seemingly vary their s/off time scheduled for 0630 UTC. Still, it would be 
interesting to know if Kiribati is active on shortwave these days.
