[HCDX]: Solar conditions?

I would like some comments on how other dxers in the northern part of
Europe,
especially Scandinavia,experience the maximum of the 11 year cyclus?

So far,both 1998 and the start of the 1999 dx season has been very
poor,with more geomagnetic storms than normal....well at least thats the
way I feel!

Yes...there has been some good conditions on higher bands.....,but for
MW and the tropical bands,the results in 1998/9 have been poor compared
to other maximum solar cycluses!
