[HCDX]: HFCC listing

The new frequency allocation list forom the HFCC has now appeared on the
internet at:

http://www.hfcc.org/data/index.html

If you aren't aware what the HFCC does, their intro paragraph reads:

"HFCC, also known as High Frequency Co-ordination Committee, is a group
active in informal co-ordination of frequency channels used in short wave
broadcasting. The group co-ordinates transmission schedules of about 60
organisations from more than 30 countries. They represent about 75 to 80
percent of the global output of short wave broadcasting."
Very useful list for checking stations and sites for those unidentified
loggings!
