[HCDX]: couple logs of yesteday

Yesterday there were exceptional conditions   from Africa as you  will see  from below 
Reception was with a problematic HF150 ( tuning resistor's axe/ knob is too  tough ,and 
remote keypad does not communicate with receiver)

CAF 5035 Radiodiffusion-Television Centrafricaine Bangui , 2107-2114 , 27-1, with folk 
songs then  man into theme 'history of Africa',  then  with continuous talks with another 
man . On new tune in on 215900 there was a folk songs turned then into 'latin' on 2209 ( 
a chacha in posisbly quechua lang , again tuend into enlish songs  on 2254. ON 2257 
speaker  closed program , with anthem then  sign off.  Signal was from the  strt fair 
gradually bumping into very good ( 44444)  with only sporadic QRM from a TTY station  on 
same freq transmitting only for some seconds 
TOGO 5047 R Dif Togolaise 2135 with phone ins with listeners  and plays via the telephone 
top of hour with time reference "venteune heure" followed with news ( no ID found) and on 
in a new tune in again with phone ins  44444
mini  logs same day : 
TIBET 4820 Xizang Lhasa 2310 ,26-1, with instrumental plays 33333  but signal is 
overmodulated 
4950 I heard a station  transmitting in portugueseat 2320 . Does RN Angola continue to 
transmit in this QRG? WRTH update does not include this staion in this QRG. 
4960 two  stations in spanish .....
