UNITED STATES, 13570, WINB,  1630-1659, Heard special test with fair signal and some fading.  I am attending a week-long class in Emmitsburg, MD which is only 70 or 80 miles from Red Lion - My guess is the signal probably would have been better at home in Cleveland. (I am assuming I am in the ground wave signal here) (Silvi, February 15)
