Are you sure it was R Rivadavia ?  I checked this fq yesterday 29 Feb around
2300.  Had to wait until 0000 for an ID.  It was R Continental.  On this fq
several stations are relayed.  BTW, these stations will probably not verify
this fq because it is relayed without their knowledge.
