I logged them here in New Jersey back in December:

6025 NIGERIA Radio Nigeria Enugu 12/22/1999 2159 partial ID ("This is 
<garble> Enugu") heard in mix with Budapest and one other station 
just before Marti slop from 6030 wiped everything out (Brandi-NJ)

Budapest being on the frequency all day makes it difficult; I imagine 
it's even tougher from Europe as a result.
