8 April 2000 at 0740Z 21505.0 KHz -128 dBm SINPO 23332 Mid-Eastern or Indian music. Can’t find anyone on this RF in WRTH or Passport 2000? Anybody know who this is? In spite of weak signal [using pre-amp] the signal is fairly listen able but noise level fairly high. I’m recording in hopes of an ID I can understand. Not a lot of breaks for announcer or anything else. Just endless music so far. Thomas B.
