[HCDX]: Newest DXing with Cumbre schedule

Hello, everyone.  This new schedule, which chiefly has changes
for KWHR but also has a frequency change for WHRI, will go into 
effect the weekend of 15 April 2000.

Frequencies are in kHz; times and days are in UTC/GMT.

audible on demand at the Cumbre DX website <http://www.cumbredx.org> ,
where you can also find programs from the past few months that you might
not have heard or would like to hear again.
