Check out the LA-DX log list at http://homepages.together.net/~hackmohr/
and you will find:

6105.02  BRAZIL     * R Cultura, Foz d Iguacu
[0900-1130/1905-0301](4.9-5.17)
Apr 00 D     *0900-0200*, some SS, see(h)12209

You'll see that R Cultura has been logged on 6105 recently. Most likely
it
is what you heard.
