[HCDX]: RVI says Bonaire "to resume on Friday"

RVI says that they will resume transmitting from Bonaire by Friday 
(28 April) and they are using Wavre as a replacement.  Is this true 
or are they mistaken?  Could this be wishful thinking?

If this IS true, there is some urgency to log Radio Nederland via the 
new sites before Friday.  If not....
