According to a message in rec.radio.shortwave, written by RNW's Rocus de
Joode, the station is indeed back on the air. For the time being, they only
use 1 250 kW. transmitter. The frequencies are mentioned in red at
http://www.rnw.nl/realradio/html/schedule.html .
