[HCDX]: Unidentified on 6145k/hz

Dose anyone know who signs off on 6145 K/hz zt 1711 UTC daily with Int
signal etc.
Sometimes has a little English and mentions P.O.box 95111 --------????
There seems to be nothing in WRHB that closes at this time on that freq.

One more query..I sent a report to Voice of Hope at P.O.Box 3379
Limassol,Lebanom as per address in the WRHB,however it has come back as
"Box Closed Undelivered",has anyone any ideas on their address.
