Paul, no idea about the 6145 signal.

But Limassol is in Cyprus - not Lebanon, so it should be PO Box 3379,
Limassol, Cyprus - as detailed in Passport to World Band Radio. I have
received a QSL through them.

They also give PO Box 77, Metulla, Israel as an alternative.
