with RAI off again I heard one Arabic speaking station on 846 kHz:

1 MAY 2000  -  846 kHz  -  0215 UTC     -     UNID

Male talk and western music - could that be Umm Al Qiwain Bc. Station from
United Arab Emirates?
Iraq signs on at 0258 acc. to WRTH.
