Hello evrybody i have been loockink for pictures of transmitter sites 
antenna systems and towers but i have not found any can someone knowes

Hallo Carl and otheters, i know about a picture of the Icelandic Eiðar longwave mast I lived in this region and could follow The building of it 2-3 years ago the station whas orginaly designed with a very high mast but fligt authorytis dit not acsept anything higer than 200 meters so i dont know how effective this station is it would be interesting to have dx information from europa  at least i hope that i can listen to it in the Farao Islands with a regular portable radio the renewal of the Icelandic long wave whas delayed for about 2 years becose a Europian manufacturer complainet that theyrlow bit whas not taken  they even apiled twice one of theyr arguments whas that the Americans had never build a lw transmitter but this new transmitters both in east and west Iceland have by far the clerest am signal that i have ever heard and this new mast is clearly state of the art, the transmitter manufacturer is Harris but i think that a Canadian crew build the mast i am sorry that i dont know about any picture of the tower in western Iceland that whas build about 30 years ago and mast bee of great quality becose i think it is almost 400 meters high and is locatet in a very vindy place about 1 kilometer west off the village Hellissandur The Americans where going to bomb it down after they stoppet opperating the loran c system but the state raido(ruv) bogth it for scrap metal price, well enogh of that history the adress for the picture of the mast is:www.ismennt.is/jonasg/eidar   Hope that this is intererestig for someone ,i know that i am not A master of english so please forgive my spelling errors god bye all
