The last edition is the 1997 one.  There has been a lot of discussion
between European FMDxers to have a new edition.
I think the editor, Timo Leponiemi, is too busy to do another
edition.  It's a tremendous task to edit this fine handbook.
Perhaps there'll be a EFMH2001??
