This is probably BSKSA 2nd Programme, the ID for which is the same as for
the General Programme but with the words "al-Barnamij al-Thani" tacked on to
the end (in both Arabic and Persian barnamij=programme). There's a clear
clip of this ID in the Domestic Services section on the intervalsignals.com
website at: http://www.intervalsignals.com/

The Saudi outlet on 1089 kHz has been there for many years, I remember
hearing it way back before Talk Radio went 24 hours on there, as I was
waiting for the Tirana domestic to sign-on. However, it last appeared in
WRTH in 1997, but only in the master MW list at the back, not in the country
section.
