[HCDX] R.Yugoslavia

There were no any signals of R.Yugoslavia on August 22-24 between 
1500 and 2100 UTC at least (including 6100, 7200, 9620 and 11870). It 
seems all other frequencies are also out of use. Who knows what's the 
matter?
