[HCDX] Unid. RSL on 1593

Hi,

This last night I had a rather strong RSL on 1593. They had IRN news on the
top of the hour. I could hear that they are in Northern Ireland and were
trans-mitting 24 hours a day and something about a festival.
Any idea anyone??
