[HCDX] Chinese on 1350,8v

Giampaolo,

very nice -- I have noted a carrier on 1350,8v at about the same time when
DXing from a friends house in the Black forest this weekend. Antennas used
were a K9AY and an approx. 240m Beverage 350 deg. However I did not focus on
the signal on 1350,8v. CNR on 1377kHz was audible starting from s/on at
2000UTC, too. Best on Saturday eveing. The full log will be posted here later.

Greetings -- CM.
