[HCDX] Latin American opening

Excellent reception to Latin America yesterday evening, with many signals
noted far above normal levels. A few I noted:

2390	MEXICO, R.Huayacocotla 0014	19 Nov SIO 444
Incredible signal, with full ID by a woman, including address and "LV de
las Campesinos" slogan, and then into a program of what could well be
described as fiddle music, as it wouldn't have sounded out of place in
the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee. Signal faded slightly, but still good
by 0105 s/off.

3250	HONDURAS, R.Luz y Vida 0009	19 Nov SIO 433
Latin music of various styles, lengthy periods of a man speaking in SS,
apparently with a religious theme, over a musical background. Very
loud, but with slightly distorted audio.

3310	BOLIVIA, R.Mosoj Chaski 0002	19 Nov SIO 333
Religious program featuring children both speaking and singing in vern
(likely Quechua).

3365	BRAZIL, R.Cultura Araraquara	2340	18 Nov SIO 343
EE tune from the 60's, then string of ads with jingles, and into
Portuguese easy listening type music. No full ID heard, but a couple of
mentions of "Cultura" noted. Several other 90 meter Brazilians were
	also in at this time.

5770	NICARAGUA, R.Miskut 2327	18 Nov SIO 343
I'd never heard more than traces of this one before, but today it was
loud and clear with VOA program, mainly musical. The VOA program ended
with the announcer giving SW frequencies at 2355, and then the local
announcer gave a full ID during the closing announcements. After the
anthem, and then about a minute of a chirping sound, they left the air
	@0001.

Also heard presumed signals from Radio Movima, Bolivia on 4471.7 and
Peruvians Radio Nueva Sensacion on 4389 and R.Frequencia VH on 4485, but I
didn't wait for any IDs on those.
