[HCDX] Loggings from Victoria, BC, Canada

CANADA RCI's election coverage was well heard from numerous sites around the world between 0200 and 0500:

Sackville frequencies (9560 0200 to 0300 and 0400 to 0430; 9805 0300 to 0400) were heard with fair to good level, with a fluttery signal.

Delano: Best by far was 9785 (0200 to 0500) with superb signal, 9755 (0200 to 0500) only sightly less so.

Skelton: 3955 not heard during entire period.

Vienna: Heard reasonably well: 7250 (0200 to 0500) heard at fair level, with usual ham QRM. 9800 (0200 to 0300) fair to good. 9505: (0300 to 0500) Under WYFR until they signed off, noted fair after 0430 when I tuned in.

Xian: 15260 (0200 to 0300) Quite well heard. 17860 (0200 to 0300) Fair signal.

Irkutsk 17720 (0200 to 0500) Well heard especially around 0300. Transmitter heard at 0140 with test tones, etc. A nice signal.

Novosibirsk 17870 (0200 to 0500) Not heard.

In summary, sites heard: Sackville, Delano, Vienna, Xian, and Irkutsk. Not heard: Novosibirsk and Skelton. Various satellite delays were noted. (Salmaniw, Victoria, BC 28 November).

USA: 7354.38 WRNO definitely heard here at 0123 with preaching programming (Brother Stair?). Very weak, and only at threshold, but parallel to 7435 WWCR. Must be only running a few watts. Thanks to Hans Johnson, Bill Smith and Mark Fine for this one. A real DX catch! (Salmaniw, Victoria 28 November).
