[HCDX] Bulletin: RFPI on new 7480

Radio for Peace International, Costa Rica, has just come up on their new 
frequency with the 30 kW transmitter, previously used on 6970, now on 7480, 
first noted at 2300 UT December 5 \\ 15049, which will later change to 
15065. Nominal schedule for 7480 is 0000-0400, but may be longer initially. 
I am sure they would welcome reception reports from everywhere, to 
info@xxxxxxxx

I am not sure if a new Mailbag has been produced yet, but check UT Wednesday 
at 0130, 0730, 1330 in case there is news about this.
