[HCDX] Georgian Radio - 25 Dec

GEORGIA  11805.2  Georgian Radio  0633  In English, ID and schedule given by
woman. This was followed by a program narrated by a man that included Georgian
music. Interval Signal and signoff at 0659. Signal was strong but unstable,
varying between 11805.26 at the beginning to 11805.18 by the end of the
broadcast. Audio was slightly muddy yet understandable. (Fine 25 Dec)
