[HCDX] re: WAS IT RADIO RELOJ, CUBA ?

Hi! 
The song in question is a popular radio and dance hit Me gustas tu by
Manu Chao. At the end of the song there is a sampling of R.Reloj station
ID. I think you will hear a lot of this song during summer of 2001. 
As for Radio Ghana tx troubles (HCDX, 22.6.) I think they still exist.
Best audible during good Africa conditions, of course. I heard some of
them way back in last winter, when I observed strange signal around
3,850,50. It has been there ever since (probably earlier, too).
