[HCDX] Re: [SWL] Shortwave commentary to be aired over "Morning Edition" on NPR Monday

I just got some news from Larry Magne of "Passport to World Band Radio"
about the timing for the report. Blocks of programming on NPR's "Morning
Edition" run every two hours. Larry's report is scheduled to run at 40
minutes in every odd-numbered hour. Thus, depending on when "Morning
Edition" runs in your area, try listening for the report at 5:40, 7:40,
or 9:40 Eastern Time, which correspond to 0940, 1140, and 1340 UTC.
