[HCDX] Moscow Muffler

Hi:

I just bought an old Moscow Muffler off ebay. I received it today and it
does not work. I can't get it to do anything. You turn it on and the Led
light comes on but the box does nothing. Does anyone have one or know
anything about them/. I was planing on using this as a noise blanker for
an electric fence. Or does anyone know where one might get the unit
repaired. I have nothing on the unit. Thanks!
