No, there is no greyline between Uzbekistan and Seattle at 0130 UTC. Peaking
signal mentioned by our friend in Seattle at 0130 UTC. Diego Garcia is my
bet. Frankly, I have been thinking about Uzbekistan too before I looked on
greylines.

(Sorry for all those greylines - I am trying to sort out certain locations).
