[HCDX] Address for Radio Grad Petrov 1323 kHz ?

Hi there !

Does anyone happen to know that postal address for the Russian 
religious MW station called Radio Grad Petrov, Sankt Peterburg. The 
station can be heard regularly up here in Finland on 1323 kHz. There 
is occasional QRM by Voice of Russia, Wachenbrunn, Germany (1000kW).
