[HCDX] Tuning the World on CBC Wednesday

It was announced this morning on CBC radio one that the Tuning the World
satellite link up to several cities around the world on Wednesday has been
shelved due to the labour dispute.  Other pre-recorded Marconi specials
will still be broadcast. The CBC will still have to pay for the satellite
time booked.  No other information was given.
