Bob, and the gang, that was Radio Tsentr  via St Petersburg. 
They're doing the same tonight and tomorrow night, so try again.  Up
here in the Pacific NW, they peaked at 0400 at 4-4-4, but weakened
afterwards to a poor signal.  About 4-3-3 when they started. 
No English until the second hour..........Walt.
